»  Payment for Services

All projects require a non-refundable deposit prior to beginning work. Lengthy projects will be billed on a monthly basis for work completed during the billing cycle. HC Media Design maintains ownership of all materials created by HC Media Design until payment is received in full. The balance is due prior to delivery of project. For your convenience, HC Media Design accepts e-checks, MC and VS via Paypal.

»  Promotion

HC Media Design reserves the right to include any products developed by us in our portfolio. All websites must carry a bottom credit: "Site by HC Media Design" linked directly to our web site.

»  Limitation of Liability

HC Media Design reserves the right not to accept any project which contains offensive material. HC Media Design reserves the right to delay or stop any project development for any reason without liability. HC Media Design will not be liable for any damages or loss of revenue in association with projects that we create. HC Media Design will notify the client of any changes in status and should stoppage of a project be initiated by HC Media Design, the client will be refunded the deposit, minus any billable hours.

All materials supplied by the client for project development must be either owned by the client or given copyright permission for use. HC Media Design is not liable for copyright infringements related to these materials.
